Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospective students, nurturing leads, and converting them into clients by presenting Smart Achiever’s Palace’s education solutions with professionalism and passion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote education consultancy services to prospective students and parents through calls, emails, webinars, and in-person meetings.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities across various global regions.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand students’ academic and career goals, then recommend suitable study destinations and programs.
- Follow up with leads, maintain accurate CRM(Customer Relationship Management) records or KPI(Key Performance Indicator) records, and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, institutions, and referral partners.
- Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and online events.
- Collaborate with marketing and counseling teams to support campaign execution and lead nurturing.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- 6 Months – 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in education consultancy or international student recruitment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with international education systems (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.).
- Proficiency in CRM(Customer Relationship Management) records or KPI(Key Performance Indicator) records tools and Microsoft 365.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural, remote-first team.
- Multilingual skills (e.g. English & Local Language) are most.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with student visa processes and university admissions.
- Knowledge of global student recruitment trends and practices.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive student information with discretion.
- Ability to travel internationally or attend virtual fairs/events if required.
